Full-time College Advisor/Transition Coordinator

  • Oversees and assists students with college application process and vocational schools and programs
  • Oversees and assists students applying for job training programs and employment
  • Organizes local college tours for students
  • Organizes on-site College/Career Fair
  • Schedules Guest Speakers from colleges and vocational schools and programs
  • Works with ACCES VR for vocational training and placement

Full-time Vocational Coordinator

  • Oversees volunteer opportunities within the school and off-site locations
  • Assists students in finding after school and summer employment including NYC Summer Youth program
  • Assists students in developing marketable work and career skills
  • Works with local businesses to create internship opportunities
  • Assists students with job applications
